I have been targeted by one particular "player" for want of a better name, this player has far more experience and like to raid and plunder those weaker, this is bullying, and don't make excuses!Īpart from the moral aspect, there are those who don't feel the need to do this. I do have a serious problem with the raids and plundering. No one will know, and no they don't have to tell us - as pointed out - it's stated explicitly in the TOS (Terms of Service) to use their gaming systems/facilities.Īssume this can happen on almost anything derived from probability in this game, and the realization that it's a MONEY MAKING business for INNO - come right into focus.I am fairly new at this game and, for the most part, enjoy the passage of time, the challenges and being a part of a guild where we can do Guild Expeditions and battle or negotiate for rewards.

98 - who's gonna know, and are they obligated to tell us? If a WW delivers a historic 1% diamond return probability, and Inno quietly changes that to. It does makes sense - they publish numbers, then have to be accountable for them and CHANGES they make to them - since they take our money. Inno doesn't publish these kinds of actual probabilities - so that they can change them anytime they want to. Incident quantity/quality included.Ĭase in point - Wishing Well probabilities are NOT published by INNO, but "derived" and "fan wiki" published to a fair degree of accuracy over the years we've all been playing. We can get crazy "conspiracy theorized" on literally everything, from the broad brush strokes we might see as "evidence". It's a fine balance they try to hold - sometimes serendipitous to us, but many times, not. We have anecdotal evidences, and they abound - but they have data and work from that. Inno data mines our playing styles and habits, and they discuss what will generate more revenue without tipping the population into a tizzy. I'm a believer that Inno "fiddles" with the dials and knobs of the in-process (running) game, mildly surmised, or even unbeknownst to us. I realize Inno and "us" are in a very limited partnership (of sorts), but it's more focused on our daily patronage being customers of a service, vs developing a complementary design and use balance admired and respected by both parties.ĭo I doubt lots of changes occur, or are actually designed into the game so a controllable dashboard can make adjustments each minute, day, or week? Much like the Wizard of Oz? I keep having visions of the Wizard of OZ - The "wizard" behind the curtain (eventually exposed by Toto.) pulling knobs and turning gears to ramp up the fire, smoke and anger in the public power role he projected. I'm not entering this topic to engage in any polemics, but just to voice a few thoughts.
